Description

The Dragino RS485-NX is a RS485 / UART to NB-IoT Converter for Internet of Things solutions. Users can connect RS485 or UART sensors to the RS485-NX converter, and configure the RS485-NX to periodically read sensor data and upload via NB-IoT network to an IoT server.

The RS485-NX can interface to RS485 sensors, 3.3v/5v UART sensors or interrupt sensors. The RS485-NX provides a 3.3v output and a 5v output to power external sensors. Both output voltages are controllable to minimize the total system power consumption.

The RS485-NX supports different uplink methods including MQTT, MQTTs, UDP & TCP for different application requirements, and supports uplinks to various IoT Servers.

The RS485-NX supports BLE configuration and OTA updates which makes the device easy to use.

The RS485-NX is powered by 8500mAh or 190000mAh Li-SOCI2 battery or solar powered with a 3000mAh Li-ion battery designed for long term use.
