Collections

Can I collect in store?

Yes, you can collect from our Weybridge office (address below), Monday-Friday between 10am and 3pm. You can select this option at checkout.
Please wait until you have received your collection confirmation email before you arrange your visit as otherwise your order may not be ready to collect. You will also need to bring a copy for this email (digital or physical) in order for your order to be released.

Returns & Repairs

I would like to return a device, what is your returns policy?

My device isn’t working; what should I do?

If your device isn't working, please email support@ukiot.io with:

  • The order number or invoice number (in the subject line)
  • which device it is (either type, or device identifier/DevEUI)
  • What you expect the device to do
  • What the device is currently doing

My device was damaged in transit; can I get a replacement?

If your device is damaged, please send an email with pictures of the damages attached to support@ukiot.io. Please ensure to quote your order number or invoice number in the subject line.

Shipping

What shipping service do you use?

Our primary shipping provider is DHL. For the UK Mainland we use a DHL Express Next Day service (when ordered before 12:00pm).
For European and International orders we use DHL Express International. This service is DAP (delivered at place), meaning that the buyer is responsible for paying any applicable import fees or taxes.
Full tracking is provided for both our UK Mainland and International services.

SIM Cards

General

Can I use a gateway SIM in my NB-IoT device?

No, our gateway SIMs cannot be used in our NB-IoT /CAT-M devices. To use these devices, you will need to order one of our NB-IoT SIMs.

My SIM card has stopped working, what should i do?

If your SIM card has stopped working, please contact support@ukiot.io quoting both your order number or invoice number and SIM ICCID (which can be found with your device keys) and one of the team will investigate this for you.

What are the details of my SIM Card contract?

The monthly fair use limit for each SIM card is detailed in the product description for that specific type of card, for example '250MB Data Plan'.

SIM cards are sold based on an annual renewal. If you wish to cancel your subscription renewal please manage this through your Shopify Customer Account. Alternatively, please contact us at support@ukiot.io.

Your SIM card contract is with UKIOT Ltd, acting as a reseller for CSL Dualcom.

What is the APN of my SIM card?

The APNs for our SIMs are as below:

  • EU Multinet Gateway SIM: intelligence.m2m
  • EE M2M NB-IoT SIMs: EEM2M

I've lost my device keys what should I do?

As you received the device keys via e-mail, searching your mailbox with the device identifier/DevEUI might allow you to find them. If this does not work you can email support@ukiot.io, quoting your order or invoice number in the subject line and a member of the team will be able to provide you with the keys.Your device keys will be emailed to you (along with a copy of your invoice) upon dispatch. For LoRaWAN devices, it’s easiest to search your mailbox for the DevEUI printed on the device itself.

Where can I find LoRaWAN decoders?

You can find decoders for Dragino products on their GitHub repository. Just search for your device type in the directory. Most decoders are also linked in the user manual for your product (see above).
