Description
The Dragino DS03A-LX is a LoRaWAN Door Sensor for Internet of Things solutions. It detects door open/close status and uplinks to an IoT server via the LoRaWAN network. Users can see the door status, open duration & open counts in the IoT Server.
The LoRa wireless technology used in the DS03A-LX allows device to send data over extremely long ranges at low data-rates. It provides ultra-long range spread spectrum communication and high interference immunity whilst minimizing current consumption.
The DS03A-LX will send data every 2 hours as well as for each door open/close action. It also counts the door open times and calculates the last door open duration. Users can also disable the uplink for each open/close event- instead the DS03A-LX can count each open event and uplink periodically.
The DS03A-LX also supports the datalog feature. It can log the data when there is no LoRaWAN network connection and uplink when network recover.
The DS03A-LX has an Open Alarm Feature. Users can set this feature so the device will send an alarm if the door has been open for a certain amount of time.
The DS03A-LX is designed for outdoor use. It has a weatherproof enclosure and industrial level battery to work in a wide range of temperatures.
The DS03A-LX supports BLE configuration and wireless OTA updates which makes the device easy to use.
The DS03A-LX is powered by 8500mAh or 190000mAh Li-SOCI2 battery or solar powered with a 3000mAh Li-ion battery designed for long term use.
Each DS03A-LX is pre-loaded with a set of unique keys for LoRaWAN registration. Users can register these keys to a local LoRaWAN server and it will auto connect after powering on.
