Description
The DLOS8N is an open source outdoor LoRaWAN Gateway. It allows users to bridge the LoRa wireless network to an IP network via WiFi, Ethernet, 3G or 4G cellular. The LoRa wireless allows users to send data over extremely long ranges at low data-rates.
The DLOS8N supports the Semtech packet forwarder and LoRaWAN Station connection, it is fully compatible with the LoRaWAN protocol. The DLOS8N also includes a SX1302 LoRaWAN concentrator.
The DLOS8N has pre-configured standard LoRaWAN frequency bands for use in different countries. Users can also customize the frequency bands for use in their own LoRaWAN network.
The DLOS8N can communicate with ABP LoRaWAN end nodes without a LoRaWAN server. System integrators can use this to integrate with their existing IoT Services without needing to set up their own LoRaWAN server or use a 3rd party LoRaWAN service.
The DLOS8N supports auto-provision for mass deployment and long term maintenance. System integrators can easily change these settings in the console.
