Description

The Dragino SDI-12-CX is an SDI-12 to CAT-M1/LTE-M Converter designed for Smart Agriculture solutions.

SDI-12 (Serial Digital Interface at 1200 baud) is an asynchronous serial communications protocol for intelligent sensors that monitor environmental data. The SDI-12 protocol is widely used in both Agricultural sensors and Weather Station sensors.

The SDI-12-CX has an SDI-12 interface and supports 12v output to power external SDI-12 sensors. It can receive the environmental data from the SDI-12 sensor and send out the data via the CAT-M1/LTE-M
wireless protocol.

The SDI-12-CX supports different uplink methods including MQTT, MQTTs, UDP & TCP for different application requirements, and supports uplinks to various IoT Servers.

The SDI-12-CX supports BLE configuration and OTA updates which makes the device easy to use.

The SDI-12-CX is powered by 8500mAh or 190000mAh Li-SOCI2 battery or solar powered with a 3000mAh Li-ion battery designed for long term use.
