Description

The Dragino MR-XX-NX is a NB-IoT Microwave Radar distance sensor. It uses use 80GHz Microwave Radar to detect the distance between the sensor and different objects. This is different from ultrasonic or Lidar measurement. Microwave Radar is more reliable for damp/dusty environments. It can sense the correct distance even if there is water or dust on the sensor.

The MR-XX-NX can be applied to scenarios such as horizontal distance measurement, liquid level measurement, parking management systems, object proximity and presence detection, intelligent trash can management systems, robot obstacle avoidance, automatic control, sewage systems, bottom water level monitoring, etc…

The MR-XX-NX supports different uplink methods including MQTT, MQTTs, UDP & TCP for different application requirements, and supports uplinks to various IoT Servers.

The MR-XX-NX supports BLE configuration and wireless OTA updates which makes the device easy to use.

The MR-XX-NX is powered by 8500mAh or 190000mAh Li-SOCI2 battery or solar powered with a 3000mAh Li-ion battery designed for long term use.
