Description

The Dragino LMS01-CX is a CAT-M1/LTE-M Leaf Moisture Sensor for IoT of Agriculture. It is designed to measure leaf moisture and temperature, send this data to the platform to analyze the leaf status such as: watering, moisturizing, dew, frozen. The probe is IP67 waterproof.

The LMS01-CX detects leaf moisture and temperature using the FDR method. It senses the dielectric constant caused by liquid over the leaf surface, and converts the value to leaf moisture. The probe is designed in a leaf shape to best simulate the real leaf characteristics. The probe has a density of 15 leaf vein lines per centimeter which makes it sense small drops with more accuracy.

The LMS01-CX supports different uplink methods including MQTT, MQTTs, UDP & TCP for different application requirements, and supports uplinks to various IoT Servers.

The LMS01-CX supports BLE configuration and OTA updates which makes the device easy to use.

The LMS01-CX is powered by 8500mAh or 190000mAh Li-SOCI2 battery or solar powered with a 3000mAh Li-ion battery designed for long term use.
