Description
The Dragino DDS04-LX is a LoRaWAN 4-Channel Distance Sensor for Internet of Things solutions. Users can add up to four Ultrasonic Sensors to measure four separate distances at the same time.
The DDS04-LX can be applied to scenarios such as horizontal distance measurement, parking management systems, object proximity and presence detection, intelligent trash can management, robot obstacle avoidance, automatic control, sewage systems, etc…
It detects the distance between the measured object and the sensor, and uploads the value via wireless to a LoRaWAN IoT Server.
The LoRa wireless technology used in the DDS04-LX allows the device to send data over extremely long ranges at low data-rates. It provides ultra-long range spread spectrum communication and high interference immunity whilst minimizing current consumption.
The DDS04-LX supports BLE configuration and wireless OTA updates which makes the device easy to use.
The DDS04-LX is powered by 8500mAh or 190000mAh Li-SOCI2 battery or solar powered with a 3000mAh Li-ion battery designed for long term use.
Each DDS04-LX is pre-loaded with a set of unique keys for LoRaWAN registration. Users can register these keys to their local LoRaWAN server and it will auto connect after being powered on.
